Working in real estate was my longtime dream. Back in Ukraine in early 90-s I was wondering why it was OK for people to move, but helping them by offering professional services from selling or finding a place, to estimating its value, to processing all the documents (especially at the government offices) to organizing the actual moving was not OK at all to the point of being illegal. I was dreaming one day it will all change.
And it did. It changed significantly for me, when after relocating to California I was diagnosed with Leukemia just to get house bound for a year of a fierce fight against this form of cancer. That year was full of gaps, which were filled with hopes for the future to have. It was during that year that I finally started exploring the very possibility of working in real estate. And just a few years laterI finally set up time to take a state exam and received my real estate license. I never looked back, I love my job! I truly believe you have to do, what you know, and to love what you do. Otherwise you lose the concept of usefulness and turn into a machine. I do what I know: I constantly educate myself through courses, classes and workshops as well as reading and I have been an active practicing Realtor® since 2004, experienced in many niche categories of real estate including international sales and GREEN homes. I also love what I do! The moment a transaction is over is the best moment when you can say: WE DID IT! I love my job to the point I started sharing what I know and love with others: through presentations and outreach events I share how to buy and sell houses. I educate others, whether fellow Realtors® or public with only one goal: everyone should know how to make an educated decision. I guide, I hold hands, and help reach goals.

For Sellers, I will design the perfect marketing strategy to meet your financial and schedule goals. I will then implement the plan for the successful completion of the sale of your home. I will also guide you through the process of choosing the right support team: from inspectors to identify areas that might need our attention before we list your home to handymen to fix minor issues or contractors for bigger jobs, to cleaners, stagers and photopraphers - a strong team to showcase your home! Or I will take care of all this hassle if you prefer it this way. Once the home is in contract, I and my extended support associates will work hard to keep the escrow on track and running smoothly. After Escrow closes I will be there for any further questions or assistance you may have.
For Buyers, we will meet and discuss your vision of the perfect dream home for you that meets your budget. Once we know what you are looking for we then discuss the "how" and ‘where’ aspects of the search. Once we are all in agreement on Features, Price and Location, and have your budget and financial strategies identified, the hunt begins! I will be there to guide you through the possibilities until we find the perfect home. Once in escrow, I will fight for you to make sure the escrow goes smoothly and cost effectively as practical until the day I hand you the keys to your new dream home.
If I was given a 30 seconds limit to tell about myself, here is what I would tell: I was being raised by my Grandma and sent to my parents when I was 4. I did dancing, swimming, rock climbing when I was little, dreaming to do horseback riding and ice skating. I am a Capricorn and as such I am pretty determined to achieve the goals set. The craziest things I did: chilling on a roof of a very old and tall building in the center of Kyiv wearing super slippery shoes when I was in the 5th grade (I am still not sure how our entire class survived it); flying an airplane and taking photos while flying to later use in my marketing; going on a business trip to Chernobyl power plant after the explosion not once, but several times; skydiving… I am a very responsible and reliable person, however when it comes to my personal life I face a challenge of time management. To the point I think I might be late to my own funeral, when the time comes.
But the bottom line: I am here, loving my job and being ready to help make your house hunting or selling experience a blast of positivity! And I am just one call away!
